Converse is one of most old shoe company in the world.
This company was founded for Marquis Mills Converse. In 1917 were invented the first specialised shoe for basketball, the “All Star”, but just in 1923 this company stay popular, when were invented the “Chuck Taylor All Star”, this model were invented to homenagear the basketball player Chuck Taylor, and he adopted them as his preferred shoes.
Later on, the shoes start to be difundidos for bands, for media and for celebrities.
With the pass of time this shoes start to be more and more popular; today they are used all over the world and for everyone. The shoes are available in several colours and a variety of print styles.
They are considered a model simple, cheap and good taste, and is considered too a essential accessory to any clothing stores.
The Converse, “Chuck Taylor All Star” is the most successful in the history of the shoes and the model is sold in 144 countries, for that they are considered a best-seller.
In 2003 the Converse was buy for Nike.
Conserve has others models of shoes like,” Jack Purcell shoes”, “the Flying Boot”, “ the Oxford”, “the One Star”, “the Weapon” and the “re-issue”.
We have some peer of All Star, we like them with different design, but I like them old and Cátia like them new.
